Who we are

This website, velstova.com, is operated by Velstova, which has two branches in India:

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

• Free Growth Diagnostic: your name, email, and optionally your company, website, main marketing channel, business type, main growth challenge and notes.
• Contact form and project briefs: your name and email, and optionally your company, phone, city, project details and the answers you give about an exhibition (event, date, stall size, budget) or digital marketing (objective, budget, current channels, website), plus any brief file you upload.
• Exhibition Brief Checklist: your name, email and optionally your company, so we can give you the download.

Where your enquiry came from

When you send an enquiry we also record how you arrived during that visit: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), the type of ad click identifier if one was present (not its value), the first page you landed on, and the domain of the website that referred you. We do not record the full address of the referring page.

Technical information

Like most websites, our server keeps a short-lived session for each visitor. The session record includes your IP address and browser details and is used to keep forms secure and working. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse.

Analytics, only if you accept

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and when an enquiry is sent. Analytics does not receive your name, email, phone number or the content of your enquiry. If you do not accept, Google Analytics is not loaded.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare your Growth Diagnostic and discuss a possible project with you.
• To send you the checklist you asked for.
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring enquiries, so we can improve our marketing.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
• With your consent, to measure how the website is used.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

• Hostinger: hosts the website, its database and server backups.
• Zoho Mail: delivers the email notification we receive when you send an enquiry.
• Google (Google Analytics 4): analytics, only if you accept.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We share information only as needed to run the website and reply to you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Session records expire after 2 hours of inactivity and are cleared from the server periodically.
• Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months.
• Enquiries, project briefs and checklist requests are kept for 12 months after our last interaction with you, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
• Copies may remain in our server backups until those backups are replaced by newer ones.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent (analytics), you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email info@velstova.com. We will reply as soon as we can.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you can raise a grievance with us at the same email address.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to our administrators. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if how we handle information changes, and change the date at the top.
